Dr. Stephen Pericak, DDS

Dr. Pericak practices general and family dentistry at his offices in Silver Creek and North Collins.

He and his wife, Rachel, were married in 1997 and have six children. Outside the office he fishes, both close to home and on trips around the world. The family keeps two bulldogs, goats and ponies. Their Morkie, Tank, comes to work with Dr. Pericak every day.
